Support MEP Marek Siwiec in his call for the Charter of Fundamental Rights

PES activists are invited to support Polish MEP Marek Siwiec, Vice-President of the European Parliament, in his call to the Polish Government to accept the Charter of Fundamental Rights: “We are calling Donald Tusk, Prime Minister of Poland, for the Charter of Fundamental Rights to be accepted in Poland without any restrictions.” Please sign the petition. PES activists collect signatures for condom campaign in Paris

On World AIDS Day, December 1st, PES activists took to the streets of Paris to collect signatures for the CUT AIDS CUT VAT on condoms campaign.

Spanish manifesto blog by PES activists

An engaged Spanish PES activist has created a blog in Spanish on the upcoming PES manifesto. Now Spanish speaking activists are able to discuss their ideas and aims for a common manifesto in their language. Volunteers will regularly translate the discussion outcome and feed it into the PES manifesto blog.



PES activists launched in Romania

This November the Romanian PSD launched PES activists in Romania with a seminar on “Europe and Romania – our targets for 2014”. Not only 50 participants from all over Romania came but also 7 activists from other European countries made their way to the Seminar. Speakers were amongst others PSD Secretary General and new elected MEP Titus Corlatean and PES presidency member and member of the European Parliament Adrian Severin.
